About the Role
Yes& is looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the fast-paced world of social — someone who can move fluidly between strategy, content, and execution. You’ll bring ideas to life across multiple clients, managing everything from calendars and copy to scheduling and asset coordination.This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure our clients’ social channels not only look great but drive measurable impact. You’ll be the bridge between big strategic ideas and daily execution — ensuring content is timely, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
What You’ll Do
Content Planning & Calendar Management- Manage multi-client content calendars to ensure alignment with campaign goals, key moments, and deadlines.
- Organize assets, copy, and approvals in coordination with creative and account teams.
- Maintain a forward-looking content pipeline with built-in flexibility for trends and real-time moments.
- Schedule and post content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads).
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform’s best practices and evolving algorithms.
- Monitor channels for engagement, respond to community interactions, and surface trends worth testing.
- Brainstorm with strategists and creatives to concept campaigns, series, or visuals that align with brand goals.
- Contribute ideas for short-form video, carousels, storytelling, and influencer activations.
- Identify opportunities to tap into cultural moments and emerging trends authentically.
- Partner with the creative team on asset development — ensuring deadlines and specs are met.
- Collaborate with account teams to communicate deliverables, timelines, and approvals clearly.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams when social needs arise.
- Track post performance and audience engagement to identify what’s working (and what’s not).
- Support the strategist with monthly and campaign-based reports that highlight learnings and recommendations.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Deep understanding of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok) and their nuances
- Experience with social scheduling tools (Sprout, Sprinklr, HeyOrca, etc.)
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for brand voice and tone
- Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-team collaboration
- Basic understanding of analytics dashboards and social reporting
- Bonus points for: light design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
