Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is a key member of the agency’s Growth (New Business) team, supporting all aspects of the proposal and pitch process to help drive new opportunities and fuel agency growth. This role is essential to the continued success of the Growth team and the agency overall.
As one of the Growth Team’s centralized points of contact, you ensure proposals, presentations, and collateral are polished, accurate, and ready to deliver—on time and on brand. Since much of the new business is storytelling, writing skills are essential. The ability to pull together content, edit, and write a consistent narrative is of great value.

You build alignment across teams, bridge gaps between stakeholders, and promote clear, open communication.
